Payment Information

Bank Account Details
Payments are made via Electronic Funds Transfer to your bank account. You can provide your bank account details when you apply using our Internet application service. If you are not comfortable providing your bank account details over the Internet, you may email or post these to us upon notification of successful application. Remember to include your name, address, contact email and phone number.

If you need to change your bank account details, let us know by email or phone. These details will be updated and your payments will be processed the following month using the new details.

Payment Dates
Payment dates are specific to the country you are in. Please see assignment guidelines for your country's specific payment date. Currently, payments for all countries are made by the 24th of the month following the month assignments were successfully completed. For example, a job completed February 6th will be paid by the 24th March.

Depending on individual banking arrangements, and the timing of weekends and public holidays in your country, you may have to allow extra time for the bank's payment processing. GAPbuster Worldwide payments should appear on your bank statement as 'SNC Payment'

Taxation
Because XEs are contractors and not GAPbuster Worldwide employees, an annual Statement of Earnings or Group Certificate is not provided at the end of the financial year (except in Taiwan). As a Contractor, it is your responsibility to keep records of all work you carry out for GAPbuster Worldwide. This includes all fees and reimbursements we pay you. Please consult your tax authority or adviser for information regarding allowable deduction.
