Phil Prosser
Founder & Executive Chairman

Phil founded GAPbuster in 1994. Prior to GAPbuster, Phil was involved in Marketing Management for 15 years. He had an award-winning seven year stint as Marketing Manager for the New Zealand Lotteries Commission. Previous to that, he held marketing management positions with Goodman Fielder, a leading Australasian fast-moving consumer goods manufacturer.

Chief Client Services Officer - UK
Ravi Chawla was previously with Nielsen for 14 years where he successfully held senior leadership roles internationally, including Managing Director and Senior Vice President, managing global relationships and leading teams into delivering strategic insights at C-level. Before joining Nielsen, Ravi worked as Head of Marketing and in innovation consulting for over 10 years in RHM & St. Ivel in the UK. Ravi has also acquired a MSc in Nuclear Physics and MBA in Marketing.

James "Jip" Inglis
Executive Vice President North America

Jip is responsible for managing GAPbuster business in North America . He brings a background of 20+ years experience in consumer marketing, market research, marketing services, and retail. His career includes product management assignments at leading consumer goods marketing companies, Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola, and senior level account management and strategy work at advertising agency JWT. Jip also managed market development and major account relationships for one of the leading retail design firms in the U.S.

Prior to joining GAPbuster Worldwide in 2001, Brian gained considerable experience in regional, general, and HR management roles in a variety of industries. Brian was a regional manager of a 650-store franchised retail operation in New Zealand and was responsible for all aspects of franchise performance.

Steve Raher
Business Development Director - UK/Europe
Before joining GAPbuster, Steve had accumulated 20 years experience working in a variety of client side Sales & Marketing management roles, where his focus was always totally customer driven. His experience covers consumer electronics, photographic, fresh food, DIY, and Household Goods sectors. Steve was Marketing Director at Kodak, responsible for Europe for all digital photography products including sales into Kodak Express and 8000 other outlets, before moving to GAPbuster, where he is now responsible for New Business Development in Europe The need for informed, knowledgeable and friendly staff to influence the final purchase decision was a key element in the successful implementation of the Kodak brand strategy. Steve has an MA in Marketing and is married with 2 teenage children. He is mad about sport, playing football and squash, plus when time (and fitness!) permits, being a keen surfer and skier.

Yoshihiko Oyama
Managing Director - Japan

Prior to joining GAPbuster Japan in October 2004, Yoshi worked for Lion corporation, one of the largest toiletries company in Japan in the sales dept. and marketing dept. as a product manager. He earned MBA degree at US University with full sponsorship from the company. Yoshi has a degree of bachelor majoring in law at Gakushuin University . He moved to Australian Embassy Tokyo as a senior marketing officer to facilitate exports from Australia to Japan and was posted to Australian Trade Commission Melbourne office for 2 years. He became president of a newly established CRM (customer relations management) company with investors of Software Company, the 2nd largest advertising agency and 2 other industry- leading companies.
