Good Evaluation Tips
Read your paperwork
All instructions required to complete your assignment are
included in your paperwork. It is important that you understand
all guidelines and instructions. If you are unsure about how
to perform an evaluation correctly, contact us.
Read carefully through your
guidelines, instructions and the questionnaire when you receive
it and once again before you conduct the evaluation.
Being in the right place
On occasion there is more than one client site to be evaluated
in a mall or street. It is therefore imperative you check
your paperwork for the correct address
Look left, look right
Many of our assignments require you to note what was to the
left or right of an outlet. This information helps to validate
your assignment. It is important your answer indicates the
location of a fixed landmark. It is best to name the stores
on either side of the outlet. If the outlet is on a corner
or has no other stores near it, note the name of the street
or the address of the property to the left or right.
Limit the mystery
Not surprisingly our clients may query evaluations performed
on staff whose name they do not recognise. If you cannot read
or remember the name of the person who served you, don't guess,
describe them carefully instead.
Keep a diary
When accepting assignments, note the date and time in your
diary straight away.
Remember your XE code
Remembering your XE code and using it in all GAPbuster Worldwide
communications enables us to deal with your enquiries quickly
and effectively.
Keep a GAPbuster Worldwide folder
Keep a record of all completed evaluations, together with
receipts etc, in a GAPbuster Worldwide file for at least 12
months following the evaluation.
Report your results
Upon completing an evaluation, it is imperative you report
your responses within the required timeframe. If your assignment
results are not reported within the proper timeframe, the
assignment may be re-assigned and you will not be paid.
Keep us informed
If you should decide you no longer wish to be a GAPbuster
Worldwide XE, let us know and we'll remove you from our database.
Update us if your personal or bank details change (i.e. address,
postcode, telephone number, email address, account number
etc).
