Process Overview
Upon applying to become an
XE eXperience Evaluator (XEs)], you will immediately receive
an automated email. This reply email will simply advise you
that your application is being processed. Should your application
be successful you will receive a second email notifying you
of your unique Shopper Code and Password. Please ensure that
you carefully archive this email as the information is of
the utmost importance. You will need both references to be
able to access the GAPbuster Worldwide XE website.
How do
I pick up work?
WebSelect is the first of a range of online systems you will
have access to once your application is approved. WebSelect
allows you to check the availability of work in your area
at your own convenience. You will have total control over
your workload and there is no obligation/minimum requirement
in regard to projects. Set your hours and structure your assignments
based on your availability .
Please note that WebSelect
is an extremely popular system and our keen XEs are quick
off the mark. You will need to monitor your email regularly
to ensure you are up-to-date with the latest client releases.
Delay and you'll run the risk of missing out for the month!
If you feel uncomfortable operating online systems, don't
worry. A user guide has been developed to walk you through
the entire process. You can download this user guide from
the WebSelect notice board.
How will I know what to do?
Should you accept an assignment via WebSelect, you will immediately
be issued an automated email. This email will provide you
with a unique assignment number. Use this to download the
relevant paperwork from WebExpress. In most cases, your paperwork
will be available for download three days prior to the assignment's
due date.
Your paperwork contains information specifying location, date
and time, guidelines, instructions and a questionnaire. It
is important you prepare for your evaluation by reading all
assignment paperwork, including the shopping scenario and
questionnaire, in order to feel comfortable in the field and
make accurate observations.
Remember: You must ensure that
your identity remains a secret. If you act unlike an ordinary
customer the staff member may identify you as an eXperience
Evaluator.
Perform the evaluation as instructed, making the required
observations discretely. In order to meet our clients' requirements,
it is very important that evaluations are performed on the
agreed date and time.
What do I do with my results?
Fill in the questionnaire as soon as possible after completing
an evaluation. This ensures the most accurate recall of details.
All your results can be relayed to GAPbuster Worldwide via
our online reporting system - WebExpress. All results must
be reported via WebExpress within 12 8 hours of completing
the assignment. Failure to comply with this requirement will
result in the assignment being cancelled. If an assignment
is cancelled we are unable to pay you for your work.
Please file your records for at least 12 months following
the evaluation. Our audit team may contact you after an assignment
is completed to clarify details/results. In some cases we
may require you to forward us the copy of your completed paperwork,
therefore please ensure that it is filed safely.
