Chief Operations Officer

Before joining GAPbuster in October 2008, Kenneth was Managing Director of a London based Telecommunications Company, responsible for local and global expansion. Kenneth also has over 10 years experience in management consultancy and entrepreneurship, including 2 year tenure with Deloitte, Touché Tohmatsu as an Asia Pacific partner. Kenneth graduated with a BSc (Mining) Engineering, BCom (Accounting & Taxation) and an MBA (Strategic Leadership and IT Strategy).

Steve Raher - Global Sales Director/Managing Director (UK/Europe) Steve Raher
Global Sales Director/Managing Director - UK/Europe

Before joining GAPbuster in 2004, Steve was Marketing Director at Kodak, responsible for all digital photography products, including sales into Kodak Express and 8,000 other outlets across Europe. Steve also has over 20 years of experience in a variety of client-side Sales & Marketing Management roles in consumer electronics, fresh food, DIY and whitegoods product sectors.

Yoshihiko Oyama - Managing Director (Japan) Yoshihiko Oyama

Before joining GAPbuster Japan in 2004, Yoshi was Sales & Marketing Product Manager for the Lion Corporation, one of the largest toiletry companies in Japan. Yoshi has also held senior positions for the Australian Embassy in Japan, the Australian Trade Commission, and a Customer Relationship Management company. Yoshi graduated with a Law degree from Gakushuin University in Japan and an MBA from a prestigious U.S. University.

Brian Irvine - Managing Director (Asia/Pacific) Brian Irvine

Before joining GAPbuster Worldwide in 2001, Brian was Regional Manager for a 650-store retail operation in New Zealand and was responsible for all aspects of franchise performance. Brian has also held General and HR Management roles in a variety of other industries.

Graeme Graeme Stephenson
National Account Manager

Graeme joined GAPbuster in September 2008 after working in Sales Account Management and Business Development in Online Content, Online Media and International Education companies in Australia and the UK for over 10 years. Graeme graduated with a BA (hons) in English Language and Literature in the UK.

Thomas Thomas Auer
Service Centre Manager

Before joining GAPbuster in 2001, Tom was General Manager of a Beijing based German-Chinese Pharmaceutical Company responsible for the construction of a production plant and the registration of drugs in China. Tom has years of experience in the setup and negotiation of joint venture companies as Commercial Manager and freelance Management Consultant for foreign companies operating in Asia. Tom graduated with a degree in Business Managment (East Asian Marketing Studies) from the renowned East Asian Institute in Ludwigshafen (Germany).

Al Al Gionfriddo
Chief Financial Officer

Al joined GAPbuster in Jan 2008 after working for a financial services company for 7 years as their Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Al has over 25 year accounting and finance experience including working for two investment banks and being the Group Treasurer for two of Australia's largest Pharmaceutical and Food companies. He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) and an MBA. He is also a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).

Jenny Jenny Lombard
Pricing and Business Solutions Manager

Jenny joined GAPbuster in June 2004 and has held was the National, Budgeting and Finance Manager positions for a national call centre & communications and telecommunications companies. Jenny graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting, is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and has over 10 years management accounting experience.

Djad Djad Trenerry
People & Culture Manager

Djad joined GAPbuster in April 2009 and has held Human Resources Manager positions at Stellar Asia Pacific (Call Centre / Outsourcing), Sensis (Marketing / Online Advertising) and Invizage/PKBA (Managed IT Solutions). Djad holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from Monash University, a Master of Arts and graduate diploma in Italian from The University of Melbourne and more recently has completed the first year of an MBA (Human Resource Management) at Swinburne University.
