Larissa Clarke Larissa leads the finance, business planning and project office teams. She was appointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2011. Prior to joining GAPbuster she held general management roles in the financial services and industrial sectors, with a focus on strategic finance, and has worked across the USA and Asia Pacific markets.

Christian Steinhauser Christian heads a global client servicing team working both at international and regional level, implementing customer improvement projects. Prior to joining GAPbuster he worked with international retail consumer and IT brands in retail communication and service marketing. Christian holds a Bachelor of Management and Masters in Marketing degree.

Xinwen Liang Xinwen leads Human Resource and Asia Pacific operation teams. She joined GAPbuster in August 2007 and has extensive accounts management experience. Xinwen specialised in International Hospitality Management study for 8 years, she holds Bachelors of Hotel Management and International Tourism Management and Masters in Human Resource Management and International Business.

Charlie Yao Charlie joined GAPbuster in February 2002 and has nearly 20 years of broad IT experiences. He has been working as an IT professional in a number of Australian and global businesses including Avanade, Getronics, IBM GSA, TABCORP and Ultradata in capacities ranging from technical leadership to general management. Charlie completed computer science undergraduate education in China and Master of IT from Deakin University.
